Location:

1.5 miles east of Missoula, on University Mountain. Site sits high above I-90, looking down on East Missoula, with a great view of the Missoula Valley. 5404 feet above sea level

Equipment specifics:
Motorola SLR 5700 repeater 50 watts
Two Celwave PD-1151-2N 8dBd omni pattern antennas. Tower height is 85 feet, repeater antennas are on top. Antenna HAAT = 1007 feet.

Operational mode:
Single-mode, DMR only

DMR: Brandmeister via Verizon 4G service.

7/7/20 The original Hytera RD982 was replaced with a Motorola SLR 5700 repeater. Analog FM mode and EchoLink node WR7HLN-L/448900 are no longer available.

6/09/18 Lookout Pass/University Mountain repeater pair are being used analog for communications support for the Trail Rail Run.
8/17/17 Verizon MiFi router replaced with a Cisco 819 4G router. EchoLink package moved to the site. Dell PC is directly connected to the Hytera repeater.
6/10/17 Lookout Pass/University Mountain repeater pair are being used analog for communications support for the Trail Rail Run.
6/10/17 Hytera RD982 installed, replacing a Motorola MSF-5000, operating in Dynamic Dual Mode. EchoLink networking is operational. BrandMeister networking is operational for now using a Verizon MiFI router.
